Amazon.
From listing
to delivery.

I'm Roman Krylov. My experience connects two sides of an Amazon business: what happens in Seller Central, and the inventory, suppliers and logistics behind product availability. Five years working across account management and supply chain.

Amazon experience.

My background spans Amazon account management and supply chain operations.

From April 2021 to July 2026, I worked across a portfolio of Amazon brands. My first three and a half years focused on Seller Central: listings, variations, appeals, customer issues and product certification.

In autumn 2024, I moved into supply chain. For roughly a year and a half, I owned the function within the department: planning reorders, working with manufacturers in China and the US, and coordinating production and delivery to Amazon FBA and a US warehouse.

Decisions. Systems. Results.

A planning system I built and used, listings I restored, a freight claim I recovered and a supplier price I negotiated. Each example shows my own contribution.

Inventory
planning

A system I built to decide when to reorder and how much to buy.

Turning inventory data into purchasing decisions.

The existing inventory tool gave me forecasts and data I couldn't rely on. I built a parallel system in Google Sheets to bring sales, inventory, orders and shipments into one planning process.

For each SKU, it estimated the stockout date, whether a reorder was needed and the order quantity. It accounted for supplier lead times, safety stock, minimum orders and case sizes, and calculated landed cost per unit.

45+ listings

Reinstated on Amazon in 2023

Getting listings back on Amazon.

When listings were banned, I wrote appeals and worked directly with Seller Support to resolve the cases. In 2023, that work brought back more than 45 listings; my support work also covered blocked inventory and suspended advertising.

Product compliance was part of the role too. I managed certification for 12 products: worked out Amazon's requirements, compared laboratory quotes and arranged testing.

$28,702

Freight reimbursement

Holding a forwarder accountable.

A forwarder's customs-documentation errors affected two shipments from China to the US. The goods were lost or confiscated, and the forwarder tried to make our company responsible for the loss.

I handled the dispute directly, disproved the forwarder's claim and negotiated full reimbursement: $28,702 across both shipments.

$0.15/unit

Permanent price reduction

A lower price on future orders.

A batch of capsules from a supplier degraded during warehouse storage: the powder inside had clumped. I used the quality failure as the basis for a price negotiation.

The result was a permanent $0.15 reduction per unit on that product, applying to future orders rather than a one-off discount.
